Dr. McLane and his wife Kathryn, an RN, have presented health seminars and cooking schools throughout the world. Their success in public meetings resulted in ultimately authoring a popular book, Tastefully Vegan - Creative Vegetarian Cooking. The husband-wife team continues to present cooking schools and seminars throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to holding Masters and Doctorate degrees in Public Health, Dr. McLane is a Founding Member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, A Certified Health education Specialist, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
